I had completely forgotten all about it! I also particularly liked suggestion number 5. List is not in any order.

1. slice and mix with a little water and sugar and freeze in sandwich baggies. It makes it super easy to have strawberry shortcake whenever you want it. They freeze surprisingly well. :) Could also be used for daiquiris or other fun stuff.

2. Strawberry jam, like you said. It's silly easy to do as long as you have the jars and canning pot. Google will provide plenty of recipes. Canning jars and a pot can be found for cheap on the local list-of-craigs.

3. Strawberry Rhubarb pie. This is one of my favorites, and if you have never had it, you should.

4. If you like the fruity cream cheese, you can chop them very fine and let them dry out a little. Mix them with some cream cheese and apply liberally to a bagel. Tasty!

5. Eat them. Wash, de-stem, dip in sugar, put in face.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06047555122873962632noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7455066209022406664.post-66145611911423379552013-05-08T07:27:48.670-05:002013-05-08T07:27:48.670-05:00Wow!
